Covance uses the S.T.A.R format. Situation, task, action, result format. The questions are behavioral based and you need to think about what your process was. I recommend cataloging some examples of going above and beyond for customers and some hurdles you faced along the way.

This interview process was simple 2 rounds. Generic questions were asked and they guided you to the right cohort for the internship. Easy and helpful process. I was pleased. highly reccoemnd interview and internship with Labcorp.
