Ich habe mich uber Covance online Website beworben. Das Antwort kam ca. 3 Wochen später, und zwar es war eine Einladung zum Telefoninterview.
Das Telefoninterview hat ca. 20 min gedauert, war eine sehr einfache Screening.

Tipps: Paar Sachen vorher formulieren und Aufschreiben. Zum Beispiel: Ich sehe mich als….
Danach ca. 3 Wochen Funkstille, kam das Email wegen Gehaltsvorstellung - "Sie wollen zu viel". Nachdem ich habe gesagt ich kann es bis gewisse Schmerzgrenze reduzieren kam die Einladung zu einer Face-to-Face Interview.

Applied online, received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone call. Had the phone call on a Friday and was told I would be contacted on Monday or Tuesday. Now a month later still have not heard back.
