Submitted an application online, heard back within a week for the phone screen. Hiring manager seemed like she was in a rush. Only asked me 4 questions. And didn't really seem to be in the mood to actually get to know me as a candidate

The phone interview was pretty standard. The HR manager was very friendly and she asked me a few questions to screen me for the next round. The interview process is extensive to ensure that the company hires the best candidate.
