Originally applied for an HR position, but after interviewing they referred me to the recruiting position instead. Both roles I had to do a phone interview and in person interview. Was told they would follow up with me in a few days, but both times I had to reach out multiple times through phone and email. I got ghosted for the recruiting role which was a huge disappointment because everything seemed like it went well, and I had even turned down a job for this role.
