an interview process that gave me a completely new perspective on how hiring works today. Before attending the interview, I assumed the focus would mainly be on technical knowledge. However, the process showed me that companies today evaluate candidates in many different ways.

There were 3 round: 1. Aptitude + Communication skill Test, 2. Technical Interview, 3. Hr round
1st round was online and qns was from Quant apti , logical reasoning, verbal ability, Communication skills.
2nd round was Technical interview round in office. Interviewer mainly ask qn from Java + OOPs, sql and project related qn
3rd round was online hr round.

1-oa, 2 interview rounds, 1 is technical next hr, the interview process was easy, almost half of the people cleared it, there are few questions that keep repeating. For example in hr they will ask WHT do u know about this company and stuff
