And no cal no response
And finally said budget issue
Wtf if you don't have budget you should reject the candidates while screening itself.
Just onboarding team playing game with people around.

Entrevista
Round 1: Virtually conducted and focus on Power BI only(No SQL qns)
Round 2: Phone call interview (20 mins)
Round 3: Will be conducted at office, F2F. I hope all the rounds will focus on PBI only without SQL
It was okish, and the DSA questions were of easy to mid level and most of was in the onsite. And the entire hiring process was also quick and completed within 2.5 weeks
Initial Interview: A one-on-one meeting with the hiring manager to discuss qualifications, experience, and role alignment.
Assessments & Technical Rounds: Candidates may complete assignments, such as coding challenges, case studies, or presentations, to demonstrate practical skills.
