I was interviewed for RTL Design intern position at LSI. The interview went well. Questions were related to digital electronics, FIFO design , FSM design, VLSI. Major focus of the interview was undergrad projects that i had done. The interviewer was very well behaved and he gave me time to understand and respond to questions.

initially there was a written aptitude and technical test.Half of the people were filtered our in this round.Then we had an interview.Only 1 was selected out of 30.

The interview process lasted a day. Took 2-3 technical rounds followed by 1-2 HR rounds. Around 10-12 people attended the interview. I was still attending college during this time in final year.
