This process took a long time, several months. I interviewed two managers and one writer by phone. I interviewed one manager and one writer in Colorado Springs in person. I enjoyed the interviews and felt good about the people I met. The manager I met was very excited about the technology and about the company. The writer I met had worked for the company for 45 years and started out as a technician. He knew the products inside and out and he understood the challenges of writing for high tech products. He knew how to navigate well in those waters.
