Me postulé a través de otra fuente. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en LSA Laser (Plymouth, MN)
Entrevista
I was an out of state candidate. Was contacted by email in Oct 2014 by hiring manager regarding a project engineering job. He asked me to give him a call if interested. I called at a time when he was busy but we quickly scheduled a time for phone interview. The day of the interview I waited for a call but received no call. He called a day later and apologized and we rescheduled. Finally had an initial phone interview which went well and it seemed my skill set matched up well with what they were looking for. He subsequently put me in contact with HR for another phone interview a few days later. The lady I spoke with was very nice and again the interview went well and she seemed enthusiastic about moving forward in the process. We ended by scheduling another Skype interview with the hiring manager and some other key engineers on the team. We settled on a date. The day of the interview I waited to receive their call which never came. I then placed a phone call to hiring manger who apologized and said it wasn't on his calendar and he now wasn't sure there was any interest anymore!?!? He said he would get back with HR and call may give me a call tomorrow, if not then definitely Monday or Tuesday. I never got a call back. On Wednesday I emailed on HR lady to inquire what was going on. Again no reply at whatsoever! I again called manager on Friday and again no answer. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. It's unfortunate they treat job candidates this way. I think if someone eager to work invests time and energy into the interview process with a company not once but twice deserves at least a response or answer as to their status even if it's a no. If this is how they treat candidates I can only imagine how they treat employees so I guess I dodged a bullet with this company.
