      Entrevista para Data Operations Associate

El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en LRW (Los Angeles, CA) en jun 2019

      Entrevista

Such a horrible experience from the start to the end. The recruiter was mechanically speaking as if no genuine interest in learning about my goals and projects. These people including the entire team and the managers took me very far in the process: meeting the 15+ member team and receiving a tour of the office, asking for references to at the end tell me I was never a top candidate. Such superficiality in the LA team. I know how to lose; that's not the problem. I understand the world of competition but this is not natural: ego, prejudice, and envy, sources of toxicity. My entire journey was in vain. I was not valued, as a candidate after all. Though I am not an expert in this, if you're not a "top" candidate, one deserves to be notified right after they review one's resume and overall qualifications, perhaps including the interview with the hiring manager(s). Not keep a passionate candidate moving up as if they were truly wanted and valued as people too. It was the most brutal act of false hope and just wicked of their part. I share this experience because no one should be given such a veil of false hope when already on top of that there is the pressure of the entire workforce. I hope everyone who gives it their all is genuinely valued for their proven interest and time, the worth they'll bring to a place. Again no matter how competitive, it's wrong rob someone of their genuine interest.
