Series of Phone Calls. Encouraging results along the way. Finished with the Sr. VP and he said, "lets move forward, I'll send you more information at the end of the week."
Ghosted me. No calls returned, no emails returned. Very unprofessional at that level of position. Especially after having multiple interviews with Senior officials. Shows a lack of character in the organization.

Several rounds of interviews over 12 weeks. They had no intention of filling the role. They will leave you in the dark. This is the second time LPL has done this to me in the past year. Ghost job postings are very real with this company.

Entrevista
Met with recruiter and hiring manager. The interview process was not the best experience. I interviewed with the organization for three different VP roles. This organization lacks diversity and inclusivity. It seems like they interview to OFCCP requirements and to meet quota. In addition, there is lack of promoting those who are people of color.
