Two in-person interviews at this company. The first was less formal with two associates currently in the role. I was given a general idea of the role and a typical day as well as an opportunity for me to ask questions. The second interview was with the department manager and team leader.

Very inviting and not as scripted. Manager was very knowledgeable and explained the job in great detail. I would recommend to interview if you're looking for advancement. I am still waiting to hear back, but will def. keep trying for positions.
