Their internal recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and asked if I was interested in the role. She scheduled a phone interview with be where we had about a 30-minute conversation that I thought went well and she asked me to meet with someone in person in the San Diego office. I followed up with her a few days later after receiving no further correspondence from LPL. About two weeks later she emailed me a standard (seemingly automated) message saying they decided to pursue other candidates.
