If you know someone from upper management then you don't have to prepare for the interview. Just dress appropriately and bring your resume. If the HR interviewer is aware that you are a friend of an upper management they don't even bother doing the interview. You got the job. Word of advice - if you want a career and be valued for your skills, knowledge, talent and etc. go somewhere else. This company will not help you grow your career.
