The recruiter scheduled a call with me, and proceeded to make me wait 30 minutes on the call before showing up. Claimed they got tied up talking to an employee in the office. The interview went well, they wanted to recommend me to the next round. However they stated that I would need to have a nanny or daycare for the interview and if I were to start, as they did not allow noise in the background.
