How to handle a clients employee after they’ve been laid off?
It was an online one on one behavioural and values type of interview. The interviewer made me feel quite comfortable with initial small talk and relevant experience overview. She provided time to answer my questions as well.
Consiste di solito in 2 step di selezione. Il primo con il manager del vertical poi con il director dell’area. Approfondimento sulla propensione allo sviluppo commerciale, parte fondamentale del ruolo.
Several meetings with more candidates to learn about the company and its methodology. At the same time you are being evaluated. Finally you make a presentation for the other people so you communication abilities are shown. After that, a final personal interview.
