The initial video interview was good, friendly and not too hard or stressful. I was then invited to the second stage where I had to create a presentation to present for half an hour in person to 3 managers and role-related employees. Whilst the presentation went well, they then never came back to me, provided an update on my application or gave me feedback. I have had zero communication from them since my 2nd interview.

I was approached by a recruiter for this role. I had previously reviewed LG on glassdoor when they advertised the role directly and was not impressed at all with the reviews I read. However the recruitment company reassured me that they would be a good fit. I had the interview after 3 weeks of conversation with the recruitment company and was quite shocked with the lack of structure during the interview. Interviewing a fair amount of candidates in my current role I was quite amazed that they didn’t have any process what so ever especially considering the professional level. During my interview I did also mention that I had seen their reviews on glassdoor to which both the hiring manager and HR!! we’re completely oblivious to their terrible reviews. After the interview I was promised feedback, which I find very valuable. Today, 24 days after the interview, I have had feedback which is not quantitative what so ever, just they feel I will outgrow the role? I have challenged and asked for more feedback however reading other reviews and knowing how long it takes I won’t hold my breathe. It seems I am lucky that I have even had a response alone. I do feel I have “dodged a bullet” as such as this experience rings truth with all the glassdoor reviews. It is a shame as such a large company with great products, but there is clearly a huge problem which HR are oblivious to.
