I was sent for a first interview, which was described as being a "behavioural interview". I was able to prepare for the meeting and researched the company's website and business. The interview was with 3 managers + the HR representative. They were all charming and asked fairly routine questions regarding my experience and abilities to deal with a fast-paced environment.
