It is grilling and they want to see how you perform under pressure. They try to judge how you will handle different situations. It consists of a psychometric test, followed by a GD, HR Interview and Final Interview is taken by Country Heads.

Quite rough, ultra-stress setting, pressure situation. Things can go out of hand easily without any warning but they just check your patience and how well can you handle pressure. But if one could just handle the stress, he/she would be through easily.
