There were two interviewers. The female interviewer behaved strangely and unprofessionally, showing no reaction to my answers. Additionally, 70% of the questions were not related to the actual job title. The position requires SAS Developer skills, while it is listed as a Stat Programmer role. After the interview, I received poor feedback, including some absurd points. For instance, they claimed I lacked certain experience, which I had clearly described during the interview.
After discussing with a colleague, I discovered they also had a negative experience with this company. Furthermore, I noticed that the company seems biased against hiring non-white candidates from non-Western countries. This concern has been confirmed by multiple people online and within my colleague circle.
