Interview consisted of a 45 minute phone call asking to describe my experience. No silly trick questions or lame trendy interview questions. It also gave me the option to ask questions. The whole thing was pain-free and actually pleasant. This was probably the first interview I did where I wasn’t mentally exhausted after finishing.

Entrevista
The interview was done over the phone. There were 3 people that asked basic questions about my resume. The process took 45 minutes. It was unlike any interview I ever had and was surprising that it was all done over the phone. No on site visit required.
