Single interview with the department head and the software c++ guru. Starts off relatively easily going through your cv. More chit chat etc and then we move onto the technical stuff.

The main purpose of the interview seemed to be for the c++ guru to impress the department head as to what wacky incomprehensible code he code write, and then watch interviewees struggle to understand his rubbish,
Horrible recruiter with slow responses. She didn't let me finish answering her questions, and was quick to move on with the interview. A while later, she said the hiring manager wanted to speak with me, and asked for my availability. I responded with my availability and asked for a time. She never responded and ghosted me. Now my application says it's no longer under consideration.
Got invited to a hiring event in El Segundo . You had your register via email to get invited to this event. Once at the event scan a QR code and wait outside in the lobby area to be called.
The format of the interview can vary a bit by department. The whole process can be long and somewhat repetitive. They look for answers in the STAR format (situation or task, action and result)
