Applied online and 2 weeks later i received a call from HR to schedule phone interview. First step, phone interview with hiring managers and i was then invited to do the site tour same hiring group.

Why L3?
They will ask for an introduction.
Behavioral questions follow. "How have you dealt with this problem?" "How do you work in a team?"
Some light technical questions. "Are you familiar with Jira/MBSE?"
Emphasis on knowledge of Agile framework.

Recruiter was very nice and just went over my resume with me and asked very basic tell me a time questions. They said they wanted a masters student so we didn't go forward with it.
