Compared to other companies I’ve interviewed with for an equal level position, i.e. senior level supply chain/procurement related positions. This one I had at L3Harris was much longer than the level of experience calls for in my opinion. I mean there were first 2 phone call interviews and then I passed those to be told I would next have to do a panel interview with 5 different managers and create a presentation for them. It all seemed a bit much for the position but I got the offer and to be fair the pay was probably higher than anywhere else I’ve been offered.

Entrevista
They gave me the run around. I interviewed with six different people. All managers told me how impressed they were with my background and would love to have me on their team. A week after my interviews were complete, I get an email saying they’re sorry for the delay they will give me an update by the end of the week. I never got an update so I emailed a week after that. Apparently the position was on hold. Seven weeks later I get a rejection email but the position is still up. Make it make sense.
