I submitted my application online and received an email offer of doing a phone interview. They called me at the exact time that was scheduled. It was a panel of three engineers who took turns asking me questions about my projects and classes.

Met Online over Microsoft teams, from an online career fair. Mostly asked behavioral and education-related questions. Despite having listings for internships, they were only looking for co-ops. Generally, they were pretty nice.
