A short (15-20min) interview with the store manager. Asked about previous retail experiences, knowledge of the brand, and some personal information. Then I received the offer in a week. It was a very straightforward and smooth process.
it was good and informal just talking about the day to day if the job and previous experience i have on my cv, as well as asking about various scenarios i might encounter on the job
