I was interviewed by a phone screening with human resources to see if my skills matched the job description. Then had an in-person interview which was a 1 on 1 with the engineering manager. It's a small family-owned business, The only complaint is after interviewing in person I did not hear back about the role. I was told that I would hear in a week and I reached out about the role and never heard anything, They do allow office workers to bring dogs into work.
