Super easy and super simple. Asked a couple of questions about my teaching experience and general behavioral questions. Manager was very sweet and personable. Teamwork and effective communication was emphasized.

What has been your experience tutoring/teaching and provide some examples.
Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
The interview was very simple. I was asked about my availability and then asked to take a timed math test. I was asked about previous courses I took in high school.
I was asked a few questions about my level of education (including the level of maths education), and then I was given a Kumon maths test to complete.
