4-round process. First round phone screening plus a take-home assignment. The assignment is to analyze a news event and write up your insights. The second round is a manager interview, straight forward behavioral and minor technical questions about the research process. The third round is 2 back-to-back meet-the-team interviews with 3 team members each. It is more based on culture fit but some technical questions over Zoom. Fourth round in-person VP interview, also culture fit and understanding research principles.
