2 Interviews, one with the Hr and the other one is a technical round with your line manager. It is a 1 hour technical interview so be prepared. All the best

How do you handle cash flow statements, Different ways to do valuation of a company, run through a dcf?
First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
