I applied online. The process took about 1 week. I interviewed at Duff & Phelps in Dublin, Ireland in January 2018.
The interview was very formal. Asked questions on experience, skills and why you would be a good fit for the company. Interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult situation.
Relatively straight forward, two-part interview process. The first step was a timed written test and the second was a behavioral interview. The written test was 45 minutes, and I had to research a set issue and produce a short written report.

Interview with two employees, very kind they explained what they do and asked something about my background (education, job experience, etc). They did not get back to me to inform me of rejection.

I applied for the intership and then received a mail being shortlisted and they asked me take an online test the next day. I had applied for this program about 2-3 weeks ago
