It was a very simple job fit interview followed by a Talent Q test, there were 2 interviewers that asked me quantitative and qualitative questions. I had to answer on the spot no real time for reflection,
Several interviews with consulting services business development managers. Discussed professional experience, types of potential roles, typical compensation considerations, etc. Also discussed how the project management and consulting roles are identified and pursued.

What do you know / think about Korn Ferry offerings?
I was ghosted after two interviews with the recruiting team which was surprising since this is a human capital consulting firm. Everyone I've met from Korn Ferry has been great, but was a bit disappointed that the process was not more formalized or communicated.
