All vacancies are posted on company's website. Apply for the position. HR will do the initial screen and conduct a short online interview session. The candidates who fit the criteria and successfully pass the online interview will be called for on-site interview.

I had a screening interview, a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and an in-person interview with the manager and a team member. I was well-qualified for the job and felt like I had a good rapport with the manager.
During the interviews, I was asked very few questions, and I felt like I had to keep the interview going by continuing to ask questions about the job. After the in-person interview, I was told I would hear back from the recruiter the following week. When I didn't, I had to follow up with the recruiter, and he told me they still hadn't made a decision.
The job was posted for months afterward, and I still don't know if they actually hired anyone for it.
