They took 3 weeks to reach out after the application. After that there was 3 interviews that happened over the course of a month. I also had a assessment. . The last interview was also pointless as it involve potential coworkers and so it was kind awkward they didn't understand my last position or what I would be doing in the new role. They took two weeks to make a decision.

Pretty straightforward. Total of 4 rounds - Phone screen, HR round, virtual interview with hiring manager and in-person interview with hiring manager. Each interview lasted bet 30 and 90 mins.

Contacted the rec. from Linkedin. My profile was an similar match to something specific to what they were looking for. After thr Hr screening, there was a technical screening. Pretty in-depth about what I do at my job. They called me onsite immediately.
They booked my tickets and hotel, I had 3 interviews and 1 HR interview. A lot of job specific questions.
Was offered the job next week.
