Interviewed over three months, took one month to do initial phone screening after they'd received CV. In third month during face-to-face interview, was told the person wouldn't start until the New Year. After taking personality test, was told I was no longer in the running. Company wouldn't provide test results. I've seen the position posted three more times since.

Entrevista
There was a standard review call first to ensure basic understanding and requirements of the position. After that I was invited to an interview with the hiring manager. It was a video call interview and the interviewer was very professional, explained well the role and what it would look like to work for the company. They asked engaging questions and the conversation flowed well.

Whole process took over 2 months just for them not to reply back to you after everything.
