I was emailed the day after I submitted my online application, and scheduled an interview right away. The application review and interview scheduling process is handled by corporate, which can lead to some annoyances if you need to change your appointment or something. But overall it went smoothly. Was interviewed by a manager, who was pleasant. She asked some simple questions about how I would handle difficult customers. Next day my previous employer received a questionnaire about me in her email. That afternoon I was offered the job, and half a week later I had orientation.

Entrevista
Very easy interview process. Met with a lead first and then the store manager. Both very nice and easy to talk to. Overall process lasted about a half hour. Very general questions asked.
Group interview with other applicants and multiple staff members present during the process. Questions directed at all applicants in the room. Store manager and hiring manager both present throughout the duration of the interview.

How would you handle a situation in where a customer is upset
They start off the process with a Phone interview to get to know you and what you’re looking for. They’ll ask about your availability and experience. In person interview would be next.
