They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire interview. They asked thoughtful questions that allowed me to highlight my relevant skills and experiences. It was clear that they were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a candidate.
Overall, I had a very positive interview experience at Kohl's. The staff was friendly, the environment was welcoming, and the interviewer was engaging. I am hopeful that I will hear back soon regarding the position.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
