They only did an interview through the phone and asked basic questions. Why do you want to work here? What previous experience do you have? What days are you available to work?
Pretty good, for seasonal. They asked basic questions. But also be sure to have questions of your own. Do research of the company before hand is always a good rule of thumb.

A video call interview through zoom that lasts roughly 15 minutes, and then a decision within 3 to 4 business days. This was for a seasonal position for the Christmas rush, so the process might be difficult for a long term position.
I had a Phone interview and was hired on the spot. Super relaxed interview process. No drug testing, but i think that’s normal for retail not to drug test. Started almost a week later.
