Online OA - easy DP and medium matrix question. If you pass then there are two more rounds. 2nd round they explore your technical strengths based off resume. Final interview is more about culture fit.

Standard questions about software development skills related to your resume. Ex. SQL queries. Compile time errors vs runtime errors etc.
Went to career fair, got a call back 1.5 weeks later for an interview, was a 30 minute behavioral with a senior SWE with no leetcode/technicals. 2-3 weeks later, I got a phone call from HR confirming my offer
Recruited at a job fair and then contacted for a meeting over Google Meets. Chatted with a software engineer for thirty minutes about both behavioral and technical questions. Resume deep dive.

Short video interview that consisted of basic computer science theory and best practices. Still waiting on a response, but fingers crossed. Interviewer was really nice and seemed engaged. #word #limit
