The hiring process was very simple. I applied online, received a phone call 6 days later, and was told a day and time to come in and have an interview. While at the store, my interview was in the HR office with a store supervisor. Then that person left and another person came in, another store supervisor. Questions were as general as "What is your weaknesses?, Why did you leave your last job?, Have you ever had conflicts in a job environment?". The interviewers were very nice and we had a couple jokes together. I was told my drug test would be tomorrow at a specified location, and if I passed that along with a background check, they would be calling me. I received a call a week later, and had a great orientation.
