Interviewed for employmentat Kohl's at Park City Mall In Lancaster, PA at 10:15 this morning. There were 11 of us in the group interview. They asked us questions like What would you do if you saw a co-worker stealing?, Give an example of giving or recieving excellent customer service, etc... I have read on this website, and other websites that if you are asked to stay behind you have the job. No one in the group I was in was asked to tay behind. We were told that they have to do a background check, and that it would take about a week. I did overhear oone of the interviewers say that they had 2 more groups to interview today. My neighbour works at the same Kohl's and said that when she got hired she had to wait about a week before being offered a position. So, I have no idea wether or not I will be offered a position. I sure hope I do get offered a position!

I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
