I applied online and received an invitation to come in person to interview that same day. The interview was fairly straightforward. I met with the store manager and the lady in charge of the beauty department. The interview took about 30 minutes and I received an offer two days later.

They take you into the office the Sephora store manager and some sort of Kohls manager. The questions were for me so easy and traditionally asked questions in beauty interviews.

Basic interview questions - halfway through they announced it wasn't actually a beauty advisor position, they were hiring seasonal associates for all departments. Not what I wanted, they said they didn't tell me because they wanted to get me in the door! Really...
