Everything is done online up until you walk in for your interview. The interview itself is really simple and slightly awkward. If you dress up (my managers always laughed at people who walked in wearing jeans or leggings) and have a positive, upbeat attitude, you’re probably good to go. They’ll definitely ask about your availability and that could determine if you get the job or not.
The hiring manager was completely unprepared and ignorant. He was rude and had a bad attitude. I could definitely tell he hated his job. He didn't know how to answer any of the questions I asked him at the end of the phone interview, especially ones regarding the company or industry (ex: company outlook, industry trends).

Really easy, just asked about me and how I work with others. It was a phone interview and it was fairly quick, I ended up getting the job. I would say the interview was easy.
The interview itself was very short and over the phone. The manager asked about a situation where you had to step up because of a customers rude behavior and things about yourself
