Phone interview scheduled with hiring manager through workday. 1. What does client service mean to you?
2. What do you do if a client has a question that you don't know answer to. Overall just client service based qusetions. It was really simple just knowing what other opeational jobs you had it could be retail though.

I applied online. Everything is done online, I received an invitation to interview, and I had to select a time. During the interview, I was asked only a few questions, and it was quick and easy.
The interview was pretty simple. It started over the phone and after I was scheduled to come in for an in person interview. The phone call felt like the actual interview since the in person interview was just to ask if I accept the job.

Entrevista
It was an over the phone interview. They asked about four or five questions. The whole interview process took about 15-20 mins a really short and easy interview. The hiring process took a while.
