Application process led to a same-day offer to interview. I was able to schedule my interview at my convenience using an online scheduling application. The day of the interview, the manager met me at the scheduled time, and the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. The supervisor was pleasant and personable and made me feel comfortable. I received an email the next day letting me know I was hired and what to do next.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
