The first interview was with HR over the phone, it went well. The HR woman was very nice and patient. Shortly after the interview she sent me an email asking me to meet with one of the Product Development managers at their NYC office. Unfortunately, she was unavailable for a month due to traveling. When we finally reached a date to interview, I received a schedule with four different managers interviewing me starting at 9:30. The day before the interview they changed the time to 10:30, which was ok. I arrived at 10:15 but my 10:30 interview did not start until 11. Two out of the four interviewers did not appear to interview me which I found to be completely unprofessional. The two managers that interviewed me were very nice but the job description sounded like anyone without a degree could do it. I ended up taking another offer before hearing back from Kohl's, which I didn't get anyway.
