Group Interview
This Interview there was about ten other candidates circled around in the training room. The interviewer would ask questions and everyone around the circle would take turns answering. The most crucial part of this interview is to make yourself stand out, because answers for certain questions becomes repetitive.

Entrevista
Very easy interview process. Met with a lead first and then the store manager. Both very nice and easy to talk to. Overall process lasted about a half hour. Very general questions asked.
They start off the process with a Phone interview to get to know you and what you’re looking for. They’ll ask about your availability and experience. In person interview would be next.
Group interview with other applicants and multiple staff members present during the process. Questions directed at all applicants in the room. Store manager and hiring manager both present throughout the duration of the interview.
