I submitted my application then about 3 days after I got an email about a interview I set it up with the link they sent . I went to my interview it was a group interview with 2 other girls .

What was your previous job and what we’re your duties
They sell kohls cards so in the interview they make you sell the card to other people in the group interview so this is what you gotta say and include : Would you be interested in signing up for a kohls card it only takes 1-2 minutes all you need to do is answer a couple of questions and have a valid ID on you , you get 12 discounts through out the year if you sign up you get 25 percent off and even if you don’t you still get 25 percent off your Items today

Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
