I went in and they had me fill out another application (I had already applied online). That took about 20 minutes. She said she was going to use it to do a back ground check. The questions that were asked to me are as followed: Tell me about a time you went above and beyond at your work? Why do you want to work for Kohls? Tell me about a time you had a dissatisfied customer and how you handled the situation? How do you know a customer is satisfied? Tell me about a time you missed an appointment? (Say youve never missed one) Tell me about a boss you didn't get along with? After I answered all the questions she said they would do the background check and call my references and assuming everything checked out ok I would have the job. Im expecting a call next week to set up my orientation time.

Applied online, got an email to come in for an interview a few days later. Asked me 1 or 2 questions before I mentioned I was 17, then they told me they couldn't hire me until I turned 18. Which confused me, because I'd already told them my age in my application. The interviewer was professional, but quite friendly nonetheless.
