It was not structured, and was not based upon experience. There was no indication of next steps, nor any follow-up. The hiring manager was easily swayed by interpersonal skills.

I had interviews with 3 different people to discuss the work, environment and procedures. A Manager from the Tech Department, the VP of Product Development and Director of Product Development. Very casual interview, they made you feel very comfortable and welcome. The interview took a little more than 3 hours. It was one of the better interviews that I have had from my experiences. I flew home and heard from them the next day. They were fast and efficient! I was impressed.
